This modern style penthouse apartment is designed with open spaces with terrace and solarium, The apartment overlooks the pool area and you have sea and mountain views from the solarium. There is a large open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with island. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, there is a second bedroom and a family bathroom.The apartment also has a private community entrance and underground parking space, you can walk to the beach which is just 5 minutes away.
Mar de Cristal is a family friendly resort on the shores of the Mar Menor with a 1.2km beach. Mar de Cristal has a fantastic promenade with bars and restauants and at the marina you can participate watersports like sailing or windsurfing. You can also enjoy the tennis and padel centre located in the centre of the resort, during the summer months there is a weekly market.
